one thing about the NDX futures contract...the 5k contracts commercials net short position is HUGE compared to historical extremes (it's not only a record high, it's a SIGNIFICANT record high).

note also the stunning disparity between commercials net positions vs. speculators in the mini contracts. they were never before as lopsided as they are now. it's extremely negative for the market's medium to long term outlook.
