HC - Horizontal Control scan notes.

The 34 dma is moving sideways or slightly upward 3%max
over the past 8 trading days.

The 8 dma is moving sideways or slightly upward 3%max
over the past 8 trading days.

A lower band is created by using the 4 dma of the LOW.

If the CLOSE is less than the lower band for 2 days, then by
examination of about 60 hits, a probality of a gain in 2 trading days is 75%.

If the CLOSE is less than the lower band for 3 days, then by
examination of about 1 hit, a probality of a gain in 1 day
is 100%.

CEPH is the second hit that I have seen with the low closing below the band for 3 days.

One can observe a lot by watching...
