The Post equivocated on Clinton, yes. But it was sufficiently searching in its reporting that my grandmother accused it of being a Right- Wing paper! It is not quite accurate to say that it flakked for Clinton, although my grandmother was so biased she would have thought the Times was out to get Clinton.....

Virtually every democrat has prostituted himself for the past 8 years. For example, Hamilton Jordan in the WSJ today brutally attacked the Clintons. Called them "Con Artists" and "Grifters". Said they are "terribly self-absorbed", and said "Everywhere they go, they leave a trail of disappointed, disillusioned friends and staff members to clean up after them. The Clintons' only loyalty is to their own ambitions." Where has Mr. Jordan been the past 8 years? Where has his ex-boss Carter been? Did these democrats wake up yesterday and discover what unsavory people the Clinton's are? No. They've been watching the same sorry spectacle we have. Those that haven't loudly defended them have been silent - until now. They've been partisan politicians, loyal to their party BEFORE THEIR COUNTRY!! No democrat should be allowed to criticize the Clintons without being made to answer "How could you have missed all this for 8 years?
