Intel's capex is one that will vault them ahead of the rest if they will stick to it. I think it is a fundamental decision that they will try their utmost to maintain.

Jacob,
Fed action and the effectiveness of that action will determe whether the traditional downturn actually occurs or whether we get a quick upturn. Speed and size of rate reductions may be all we need but I am not as convinced of this as i was before. mike
