it could indeed be. it would be a hoot if the false inflation spring lasted a few more months and kept the Fed from lowering rates further...that would ensure that the deflationary debt/asset collapse proceeds apace.

however, knowing the merry pranksters they'll cut anyway...they like nothing more than printing money and then telling stories about 'productivity'.
