Feels like if you own a chip stock, you have leprosy. Darn. Darlings that could previously do no wrong, are now dogs. Who woulda thunk it? I guess no dream lasts forever, but I woulda thought that optical and telecom would not be this depressing. Probably gotta hang a few of these on the fencepost to dry.....for at least a few years. Saw this tonight, Mike: ___________ TranSwitch (TXCC) 28 1/8 -7: Company announces the acquisition of privately held, Horizon Semiconductors, Inc., a specialized design for test and diagnostics engineering service company. TranSwitch issued 43,507 shares of its common stock, a portion of which will be released upon the attainment of certain goals, and paid approximately $454,000 in cash.
