Houses downgrade after they have a nice short position in the target sector / company....it works like a charm....they use their ANALysts to stimulate fear and panick selling --> this creates big profits for the houses and gives them nice commissions. The Funds do contribute to this churning. Once the Houses feel they have pushed things to the absolute limit they close out their short positions and quietly accumulate shares. Then the UPgrade cycle begins, the Funds start buying, Abbey J. Cohen and her friends tell you its a great time to be in tech, etc...It's quite a game and after a while it's so predictable...=)

Good luck investing everyone. This week I have been doing some serious shopping for OVERsold infrastructure stocks --boy, there sure are some GREAT sales <VBG>.

Best Regards,

Scott
