Jeff: I am very confident of a victory against Varian and I certainly hope that Varians' unsuccessful and costly case is a determent for Bully Corps. who SLAPP because they can. However, Mike Delfino and I will not be able to take ALL the credit as the Varian plaintiffs, their loyalists, their witnesses, and their incredibly unethical attorneys at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe are doing an excellent job of destroying their own case.
