BTW he also mentions VLNC

I'm starting to buy small cap low PE companies. Bought some BKST: PE is 11, EPS growth rate 29%. Sequential growth in the last quarter was 11%. They specialize in gardening equipment - I consider that a pretty safe bet. It's the antithesis of high tech but I think it's the sort of stock that's going to appreciate now. Likewise for URBN - as Greg mentioned. Another interesting stock is WAC, a good candidate for a turnaround play. Finally OMM is interesting - tanker (especially oil tanker) stocks are finally getting noticed. OMM's PE is 8 but it's revenue is accelerating - net earning of .94 a share versus net loss of 1.94 last year. The most I expect from these stocks is a double over the next 18-24 months. But that's my mindset now.

At the same time even the worst secular markets have bear rallies. It's just a matter of guts and timing but the payoff can be huge. I smell one coming in the next 10-14 days.

Regards
