<<And MST was the best-selling book at the show ;-)>> Good for Alan, but I consider that terrible news for the rest of us, as the fewer people who get hip to Alan's methods, the better, far as I can tell. Remember Elder's oft-quoted lines about the markets needing a continual supply of fresh losers just like the pyramid-builders needing fresh slaves (and y'all thought "dumb money" was hurtful - and that's not even getting to the part about trading and masturbation). Or are we just left to hope that enough of his readers completely misapply his ideas, or at least are unable to apply them effectively and creatively, and that the vast majority of would-be traders and investors (even in a market that only a trader could love) will never even hear of his book, and continue to shoot around in the dark? I'm just glad that the book is long, full of seemingly complicated and superficially contradictory details and ideas, and aimed at readers who already have high trading literacy.
