Hello. Is there anyone home? Don't you realize that several NT execs are very likely to wear some silver plated bracelets before this one is over. And JDSU are p*ss*d enough to sue for more stock :). All that said, I guess you might say that nobody was that angry, really... You are in the employee of NT, right?

Hi ZO - I would be very concerned if your theory was true. This is collusion and it will suffer the wrath from the shareholders of both companies. Also, that also suggests NT knew about this prior to the bomb shell announcement. Another problematic scenario. W/o going into this conspiracy theory, I don't know if a GLW revision necessarily trigger a JSDU revision. JDSU also has a backend clause in the Zurich sub transaction.
