Regulated doesn't have to mean "government" bureaucrats. Regulated may simply mean "prescribed" and "mandatory second opinion".

Agreed, it should be a matter, as it is now, between a family & their trusted Dr. One has a greater chance of finding a shred of compassion in the mugger or rapist and a greater chance to avoid the drunk driver than with the intrusive government! Less government is better government.

I might be willing to accept some level of oversight at a local - county or city level - but NOT state or Federal!!
