I do not think a company has any legal obligation to report that a deal fell through........on the other hand I believe like Mark Goulston that honesty with one self and others is the best policy.......certainly having to piece this story together amongst several others without ever being told by management has created an atmosphere on the street in my opinion that has been very detrimental to Infospace's current stock price...........if you look back closely at Naveen Jain's comments on the conference calls and interviews you will find hints about this issue without directly saying it had already had happened.......

The big hole in INSP business model is the threat of carriers doing their own thing like vizzavi and microcell in canada....hopefully they can create products that are great and encourage others to stay the course......I would like to hear from some cingular users of the mcommerce package...anyone using this?
