TGPT.. we'll see.. I think you underestimate the opposition to opening up the ANWR.. in your own country as well as north of the border.

plus of course.. if Canada refuses to allow natural gas and oil pipelines thru its territory.. that stuff aint going nowhere.. and after the Exxon Valdez fiasco.. I dont think it would be a politically wise move to propose supertankers going thru there
