An interesting thing is happening around here. A few days ago I was approved by IB, then I sent them a check. I knew about their 10 day wait for the check to clear and my intention was to use that time to get familiar with the TWS. What I think I've really learned so far is that I may not want to trade intra day. The jury is still out on this, but my EOD results are pretty good. Besides, EOD trading is a helluva lot more leisurely. Something I'm really into in these days of my semi-retirement. I'm less and less interested in "effort". LOL Ken
