When a company's sales and earnings forecasts have been built on a house of cards and their customers are dropping forecasts rapidly it is simple arithmetic to figure out that AMCC will fall down as well. This stock is still too highly priced. It is technically oversold and may bounce soon but I would only advise agile daytraders to go long. AMCC, PMCS and other fat pig darlings; they are likely to head south after any technical rebound.
