An interesting dilemma for AG, no doubt....(I know I agreed to disagree, but one last point):...in a theoretical vaccuum, I'd agree with you (short-term benefit of helping market vs. long-term risk of stag-flation.....not worth risking the latter...even if not "saving market" could have some serious consequences as well... But I do believe AG will be getting some calls from some very important people with a lot of the line if Naz approaches 2000...and (as stated) I think he'll jump in just like LCTM... It'll be interesting to see who's right on this one, WS. BTW- I'm not necessarily saying it is the best thing for the long-term health of the markets or economy that he intervene, only speculating that he will... BTW2- Fed added 10B in liquidity today...big pump day..
