exmed, I typically will go from about 5% to 10% cash when I am very bullish, to as high as 75% cash when I am bearish (and then many core positions would be hedged with covered calls). We are only few days and I think no more than 100 to 200 Naz point from my target bottom, it is simply time to start and redeploy. Sometime it is a little premature in few positions, and I am stopped out, but on the other hand, I cannot time the exact moment for a turn, so I have to accept these whipsaws and hope they are minimal.

Exem, by the way, those buys yesterday went out this morning, even when one is short term bearish, one can attempt at cashing on on sharp counter move, this time it worked, other times, "the big whipsaw". (g).
