Jain is probably exercising stock options. That is not exactly the same as stock purchases in the open market. As you recall, he sold $55 million of stock in June into the open market.

puck, NJ bought 500,000 shares and has asked other former big winners like acorn to do the same...this information has not been made public as far as I know but was expressed in a letter to his staff and then leaked to the message boards by me here and others on yahoo
