I was just suggesting a "buy low sell high" approach to hiring and buying equipment (or companies) not just following the herd. Intel, unlike a lot of other companies is in position to do so. There has been no change in the Hiring for critical areas, nor a change in the Capital Equipment expenditures. That's true, but more of these people are available when times are tough, and competitors are laying off.
