Riechers, Can't like the market long term and be a bear for 12-18 months. Can't have it both ways. Market will move long before the recovery and in your scenario at its most optimistic a rally in 19 months indicates an end to the recession in 25. That is a very pessimistic scenario. Be prepared to buy sooner than 12 months, much sooner imo, if you want to participate in the next bull market or batton down the hatches for the worse case you indicate. Mike
