Is TLAB building out in Lisle? Where are the Lucy buildings - out on I-88 or whatever it is? Back in Austin, I am suspecting that SUNW's plans to build a 800,000 s.f. campus are on hold as well, although no announcement.

I am having a really hard time right now figuring out in my own business whether I should break ground for three smaller single story value office/flex buildings I have planned and permitted (total 55,000 s.f.). On the plus side, construction costs (labor) are finally getting more reasonable, my product can be priced less at the market, if the other boys and girls curtail building, that helps the supply, and lastly, we wouldn't be leveraged, at least to the shell stage. OTOH, my wife has pointed out that since the tenants of my buildings tend to be suppliers of the DELL's (most important here in Round Rock), INTC's, MOT's, SUNW's, BRCD's, just who exactly do I expect to show up and absorb this space?

OT - followed with interest your various adventures in and around St. Charles, which I remember from years gone by due to frequent stays at Arthur Andersen training center.
