If you do projection only based on p/s or p/e, you should value RBAK even lower than $15. My $15 price for RBAK by May 2001 has taken some investor "mania" on RBAK into account.

I would think SCMR is much better gamble than RBAK if you are willing to loss 50% - 75% your money for a possible 25% - 50% gain in next 3 month.

Why waste money on RBAK if you have good chance to buy SUNW at $10, CSCO at $15, .... in next few month.

My two cents.

Bo

RBAK kicking NT's ass in edge-router market.

"""Meanwhile, in the edge router market, Redback swiped a whopping 7.5 points last quarter, raising its share to 45% from 37%. Nortel lost 11 percentage points of business, falling to a 23% share from 34% in the third quarter. Edge routers are considered aggregators or on-ramps to the Internet, generally at the point where local traffic meets the long-distance or "backbone" routes. The edge router market was $177 million in the fourth quarter, a 7% increase sequentially."""
