Thought about dumping it.. Just out of disgust.. I can always pick up something else.. A lot of beaten down stuff in this market..

Or you can always hold for a better market day..

Decided to dump.. I have to say CEO of NEON comes across as a bum.. Here is what Sybase CEO said of the deal..

"I'm actually surprised that the investment community sees it differently," said John Chen, Sybase's chief executive, in a Wednesday interview. "A 37 percent premium is very fair and reasonable. In fact, it's on the low side." He said that New Era could have demanded as much as a 60 percent premium.

Chen touted that New Era has $50 million in cash and no debt. He said the book value of the company is below Sybase's offering price.
