Wish I had waited a little bit on the qqq's, from RJF "We have recently discussed the complete lack of help this year from the I.I. data and the P-C ratio. That’ s why I never called for the absolute bottom. We need to see sentiment turn bearish for a period of time. Yesterday’ s OEX P-C ratio exploded to 223%!! We want these levels to hold for as many days as possible. The following is a long shot scenario.
