The bottom is reached when INTC decides to go ahead with equipment orders.

Some speculation yesterday that Intel may stick with the $7.5B, but push it out to later in the year. Of course, all sentiment is negative these days re semiconductors (all tech?), so the "safe" spin is the negative one. Probably next time we hear from Intel (I hope) is on the Q1 CC in April. Intel's CFO Andy Bryant is always there, and capex always comes up. We'll see what he says then.
