Gee, too bad...maybe she needs a date...or a fig.

Sounds like the last <short gal> here that used multiple aliases. He/She/It got escorted back to the rock she crawled out from under, lost her SI priviledges, had to sign back up under a different name but another charge to the same credit card, and then started the same shenanigans all over again.....she keeps pretty quiet nowadays....all 3 of her....

FWIW, several months ago we reserved the *Moderated* Global Crossing-GX thread at Subject 50735
and we may move over there at any time......keep this in mind. We would need to move over as a group, however, and let the shorts, crabs, weevils and the emotionally-challenged keep this thread. This is not something to be done without much thought, but if there is much more of the time-wasting from the challenged-few of late, we may consider it.

I met a GX crew last week in Morro Bay (actually they were Global Marine crew, based in Ft. Lauderdale). I was encouraged by their sincere efforts to do a timely job installing a competitor's cable (China-US) into this area. We had a good time, and I told them I think the telecom business is about to squeeze out the also rans. They were happy to hear that from an outsider, they are all GX shareholders.

Even TSC has turned against WCOM, but now grudgingly admits that GX has built its network and can breathe easier. TSC has always been anti-GX, still is, but them's the facts and they are too intelligent to deny the facts and lose what little credibility they do have (TSC). TSC is touting QWEST, but remember it was QWEST that was against GX in the beginning...using SBC cash they went for Frontier and USWorst....and got USWorst, thankfully <GG>...and then SBC tried to divert the NAP (Network Access Point, no?)in S.Fla to their own NAP so's they could charge a toll....I believe the GX NAP is operational by now, no? I have been too busy to peruse all the news...

PS: it was amazing the difference in mindset between the GX folks and the WCOM folks I met last year. WCOM folks were haughty and know-it-all, the GX folks were neat, professional and simple, plain folks. Small sample size, I know, but still, the corporate culture seems to speak through the employees.
