Jerry didn't say that. He wants 30%. Obviously that means AMD will have to take marketshare away from Intel. Meanwhile, one of Intel's corporate objectives is to gain market share in all market segments.

Both of these objectives conflict, which means the hopes for market collusion become nothing but a pipe dream.
