A megadose of birth control pills (I don't remember the exact dosage but I think it is like 3 or 4 x daily oral dose) can work as a morning after pill. I don't know the relative risks vs. RU486. Still, the relative risks of OTC birth control was what I was discussing. I don't advocate OTC RU486, though I think this country is excessively restrictive with medications in general.
