not really...you'd have to buy a cross-section of the HUI's components. since most are trading at prices comparable to cheap ootm options that shouldn't be a problem. many HUI components like e.g. KGC, ECO, BGO,HL, CDE, KRY, in fact trade at fractions. they're the ultimate dogs...which makes them of course interesting from a contrarian PoV. even if one or two go bankrupt in case the PoG stays depressed longer than anticipated (i'm doing the anticipating in this case) the others are all potential 20-baggers on a PoG recovery.
