Seems possible it's being "thought about". Given the dramatic drop in valuations lately, I would think the price tag ought to be at or lower than the lower end of the estimate.

One would wonder hard about potential costs associated with 6,000 U.S. employees.

The ALA 30-day chart is U-G-L-Y! Talk about being judged by the company you keep.....
