Duke,

March 5 has been on AMD's plan for a while. It may be the day when AMD introduces a new speed grade (and drops one on the bottom, so that the price cut may not be a price cut, but an increase in frequency at the same price.

Anyway, I said "no need to cut prices any faster than normal." This price cut is about 3 months from the last one, which was in December 2000, unlike Intel's which will be a second price cut in little over a month.
