No, I was refering to lack of internal controls and communication. If sales is missing their targets by a mile, they should be proactive in communicating that to upper management. This was a company that was guiding 2001 higher than the street just threemonths ago. Now they miss by a mile? Ultimately Roth is now toast. This is true but was communication really that lacking? I do not really like to be distrustful but somehow I believe the communication internally existed but it was not announced. This litigation will likely have legs compared to most that have no real substance on which to stand. The problem is I still do not see anyone, attorneys excepted, benefiting.
