CCMP and CHIC are IL violators. CHIC has the larger % drop ahead of it but CCMP may be faster. For CCMP the ACT is at 67 today Not a great % return but not bad Yesterday's low was right on the IL The ACT moves up 7/16 per day Alot of volume today again with no real upward movement. 13 CCI and 4,3,2 stos look ragged Typical timeframe from peak to ACT puts the ACT at 76 as a target It could go to 70 if it's faster CHIC closed on the IL yesterday and the ACT is approaching 16 very slowly.
