carranza: Right on.

But what is past is past.

Europe missed out. (What is laughable is the nonsense that Europe is ahead - yoiks!)

So, what now?

Will Nokia join the world, or hunker down within its sad limited world?

Time will tell.

Best.

Carranza, maybe you should email Klemeperer and advice him
on another reason why his theory on auctions was kind
of totally wrong, although avvording to the rudimentary
basics of reagan-thatcher free markets, survival of the
incumbant monopoly.

spectrumauctions.gov.uk

nuff.ox.ac.uk

Also, don't insult english free market libertarians by
calling them europeans, then they might really unite with
the tories.

P.S. I now know that GPRS is difficult to understand,
seems one has to add auctions to the list.

P.P.S. You are, of course, aware that Finland started
the series of 3G auctions without all the Klemperer
mistakes.
