Right now I think we're much closer to the Buy Low side of the equation.

In the long-run (12-36 months) I agree with you. But aside from tax considerations, I do not know why anyone would choose to approach this industry as a long-term investment, unless they love bungee-jumping.

On a short-term basis, I think we are range-bound between 40 and 50, and closer to the upper end.
