I have built a position in ACTM also and it looks good to me also. I did notice that Herb at thestreet.com has it on his list of stocks to disparage. Unfortunately I have previously gone against Herb's opinions and the score is Herb 1, Area51 0. Hopefully I can even the score on this one <g>. I read his recent article and it seemed pretty baseless (I wouldn't expect ACTM to pay tax on earnings that are offset by amoritization), but maybe he has noticed something here that we have missed?

BTW: excellent idea for a thread. I think I will unbookmark the strictly drilling thread as it seems to have lost its usefulness (other than for a couple individuals to massage their egos) and bookmark this one.
