Given the momentum downward in the Naz and the continuing PE compression, I thought it could drop to below 20. Played it that way but the "problem" is that the Nasdaq is now retesting the lows.

Greenspan will not let the market drop much lower at this point; and therefore it would be difficult for Cisco to go lower.

However, if the bounce off of a rate cut is short lived...look for Cisco to be below 20 after the next profit warning. Hopefully, Chambers has guided low enough to avoid a warning.

I prefer to avoid this stock but am going long other techs..PE are better elsewhere.
