It obvious (at least to me) that he's slowly trying to weasel his way out of his earlier position on ORCL. Each month his bearish comments have been less acute, his bullish comments have become apparent though tepid in magnitude. Upin may be a complete moron when it comes to assessing ORCL going forward, but you gotta figure that Upin is sufficiently crafty to work his way out of a tough corner, which is clearly what he got himself into in the early Fall of Y2K by declaring the ORCL unseaworthy.
