I have a rather attractive Tyvek mud room right now. It got cold before we could stop arguing about the siding. So now I have the modern equivalent of a tar paper shack out front.

My house is toasty, we have wood stoves. It's my studio I decided to let freeze. I don't know what it would take to get the R-factor up in this place.....but I'm sure it's more than it's worth.

Is Tyvek supposed to be the best? My builder uses it! We havel predrywall walk through next week!
