Hi KLP - in some instances, it is possible, but not with the float of INSP. Still, I guess some people believe that they can make the difference. Who knows, never underestimate the power of words <g>! With regard to expression of opinion, I tend to be an idealist [bad trait <g>!] I believe the quality of expression matters. If people spin something constantly, regardless of the substance, I will be suspicious; but I am equally suspicious if people rant constantly. I am most suspicious when people make a moral issue out of business decisions. But then, it is just me. best. Bosco
