Not libelous at all.... Especially since the word "fraud" is immediately succeeded and, when later used, preceded by the word "if", making my statements conjectures and not assertions (that is "opinions"). Let's see what happens in the next 23 or so days, things could change....though at this point nothing indicates the situation will improve. When the thirty day window, per the 8-k, to cure purported breaches expires that is when other words like "discovery" come into play. z
