Hi Tim - I ve gas heat, water and stove, which has also gone up 50% YoY. My electricity usage habit is fairly consistent YoY. So I was surprised when I saw the 1st couple of charges. To be fair, I am not a heavy user, so the overhead they charge me now amounts to the whole bill I used to pay.

I guess we in the NEare lucky. I read in the SF Chronicle that some of the florists out there have the electric bill ballooned from $4,500 to $30,000 a month. Just imagine if EIX were allowed to pass every red dime on to the customers!
