I don't think it's so goofy. His hyperbole is goofy, but that's typical Ellison.

Basically, the computing industry IS becoming entrenched in its architecture. It isn't likely to have vast changes anytime soon. What's so goofy about that? Basically, he's saying it's the car industry in 1950. It's beginning to reach maturity and is about to get really staid.

Unbelievable!!! I guess when one becomes as wealthy as Ellison morallity and integrity no longer
count. Only association with the power mongers is important. I wonder how much stockholders
