In a special intra-day note, Kraemer defended his downgrade, and said, "This was not a 'dump Sun' forever call."

"In this environment, we would not want to have a positive intermediate term opinion, especially when the magnitude of some of these near term difficulties may not be fully appreciated. Once this bad news is in the stock, assuming no additional surprises, we would consider becoming more positive again."

As a long term investor, I don't particularly know much
about "stock action". Clearly, "long term investor" means
someting entirely different for you than it does for me.

I encouraged any "long term investor" to stay invested and
nothing has changed in that regard. Because you timed out
successfully, doesn't make me wrong (or you right). You
just timed out (and paid taxes -- which Yaacov doesn't). In
fact, you didn't even do *that. You just closed out a LEAP
as I recall, and inferred you were long SUNW. I
didn't slam Yaacov. I slammed you. Get over it. <g>

Yaacov is 110 years old. He doesn't (or didn't) have time
to fool around. <g>
