By Eamonn Fingleton This will relate back to that massive trade deficit figure you quoted and another reason that I have been telling people America is in a heap of trouble. As a nation with only 20% manufacturing, Japan, China, Taiwan and others will kick our ass. Blame the trade unions, organized labor, Democrats, Big Business, Environmentalists... - along with Americans wanting just too big a standard of living - yes we will pay the price folks.
