I noted one report which said the money was wired from overseas to a "family" bank account. I would love to hear the detail on who owns that account. If neither Hil or Bil knew about Hugh's involvement in the pardons what was he charging his clients for? If for influence he did not deliver so he overcharged. If for legal advice he did not do much if it was not clear to Bil that he was involved. Seems to me there are canons of legal ethics on overbilling. Disbarrment for Hugh?
