basically too late. i have very little left and am amazed that i haven't lost my wife and family to the losses i mounted up in 2000. not that i bought speculative stocks. i don't consider glw, amcc, jdsu, intc, msft, csco, speculative stocks. it's just that almost everything is down 70-80% in the tech area. now, i can only hope (and it is hoping) that by Jan 2003 they will have recovered half of what they lost. INTC PE 18; GLW PE 25. Incredible.
