Blue Cross Numbers bcbsm.com And the State of Michigan Budget treas.state.mi.us Blue Cross Blue Shield will spend about 1/2 of Total Michigan Tax revenue on health benefits(page 14 of 21 on the second link 9.5 billion out of 30) And I think I know how to lower them costs by a billion or two on the up front 9.5...or put another way 10 to 20 percent. I'm ready ask me the question, and then be prepared to pay me for the answer. Otherwise I'm stupid. And walk into a box, like you do...or pay me...i'll splain it.
