I am sure the shareholders and managers of Lucent appreciates that lending has not been halted. Events, however unpleasant, always starts mild, for an little while.

Advise strongly that one does not stick around to see if matters degenerate further with the rest of the Nasdaq front runners.

Japan and Thailand deteriorated mildly at first as well, and now, with each mild step downward, another mild step downward is set up.
